Can I get a sample of the product?

Yes, we can send you a sample of the actual item you are looking to purchase on our website. Most items are available with either random logos or blank. Samples will incur a small cost. To order a sample please call us today and ask about our special discounted prices.

How is embroidery costed?

Costing is based on the number of stitches in your design, quantities of products and also on the type of garment. Call our professional team today for an accurate quote.


In what format do I have to supply my artwork?

We specify vector art file in ‘eps’ or ‘ai’ format. Both are software packages which graphic designers use to convert your artwork onto your products. Scanning can also be used to send artwork instead and a nominal fee is charged to convert to a suitable electronic format.

What are normal production and delivery times?

All delivery times are after art/logo approval. Delivery times will depend on the nature of each order so times can vary. However, the usual lead-time is 2-4 weeks from approval of artwork (if within Australia). Clients need to advise us of their specific deadlines, so that we can plan with these in mind. This is especially important as other parties such as designers and distributors are involved.
There will be times when urgent orders are unavoidable and BRANDWORX staff will do everything to accommodate your time-frames. Our staff will advise you of this. Please contact us for estimated delivery times.


What happens if a product I want is not on your website?

Our special order options are endless. If you have a specific product in mind that you are looking for and we do not showcase that product on our website, we can outsource that product for you. Our online offerings represent only a sampling of the products we can source and offer you. We have unsurpassed purchasing power with access to over 2,000 industry vendors.


What happens if a product is back-ordered?

We make every effort to ensure the products are in stock and ready for order. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, our stock of a certain product may be depleted. When this occurs, we will contact you with a revised ship date. If this revision does not meet your needs, we will do our best to offer you a comparative product as an alternative to the one you ordered.


What if I don’t have a logo or artwork?

If you do not have a corporate logo or artwork, don’t panic, we have graphic design packages available to suit your needs. Please call us today for a high quality professional design quote – that helps you stand out from your competitor!


What is a 'PMS' colour system, and why do I have to specify 'PMS' colours with my artwork?

PMS is a colour that is specified in the Pantone Matching System. This System provides a standard for describing printed colours using specific inks, and therefore results in the best colour replication of your artwork. Without ‘PMS’ colour specification, the printer will of course try to match the colour in the artwork, but results cannot be guaranteed to replicate exactly.


What is an art proof?

An Art Proof is production-ready artwork that is submitted to a client for approval. BRANDWORX has a dedicated group of artists that will take your logo and create a production-ready representation of your artwork within three (3) working days. This representation allows you to see exactly how your logo will appear on the product you have selected. Once this proof is approved, your order will move to the next step in the production process.


What is the situation regarding Delivery Fees?

Freight Delivery costs are additional to the price of products and will be displayed separately on the invoice.


Can I add, cancel or delete items on my order if I change my mind?

Since your order is processed as soon as it is placed, we are unable to allow for changes, corrections or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before placing it. You will need to place a new order for additional items. Call or email us for any additional charges, if applicable. A new order may not be delivered in the same shipment or at the same time as the original order.
