Delivery times

Delivery times are displayed at the checkout with your order. We make every effort to deliver your orders by the estimated time. With any variations or delays, our customer service team will contact the customer to notify a revised delivery date.
The estimated delivery times for products are during business hours (9.00 am to 5.00 pm) Monday to Friday excluding NSW Public Holidays.
Estimated delivery times may vary due to circumstances that are beyond our control. If your order is delivered by our courier service and the specified recipient is unable to accept delivery, a notification card will be left at the premises. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier or mail centre to arrange an alternate time and date for delivery, an additional delivery fee may be incurred.

General time frames for delivery

  • We aim to dispatch artwork for design mock-ups in 3 working days.
  • We aim to dispatch decorated product in stock, such as uniforms, in 5 working days weeks from approval of design and order.
  • We aim to dispatch decorated safety product in 7 working days weeks from approval of design and order.
  • Custom made orders, such as sublimation printed product generally take 6 weeks from approval of design and order.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Freight Delivery costs are additional to the price of products and will be displayed separately on the invoice.

Our preferred courier is First Choice. For local orders and orders delivered within the Sydney metropolitan area allow 1 working day for delivery. Same day delivery is available by notifying our customer service team PRIOR to 9.30 a.m. on that day. A con note is included on the package. See for their contact information, terms and conditions.

We offer shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post.
  • Our Standard Shipping option generally takes 2 days depending on your location as well as  stock availability.
  • For our express shipping option allow 1 working day for delivery.
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking notification email directly from Australia Post. See for their terms and conditions.

We provide products and deliver within Australia. Purchases made outside Australia must be pre-approved prior to placing orders at

Orders over- $250 may qualify for FREE Shipping. Conditions apply. Please check with our customer service team  for more information.

We also welcome pick-ups from our showroom and warehouse in Port Kembla, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5 p.m.
