Shipping and Delivery Policy

We make every effort to deliver your orders by the estimated time. With any variations or delays, our customer service team will contact the customer to notify a revised delivery date.
 
The estimated delivery times for products are during business hours (9.00 am to 5.00 pm) Monday to Friday excluding NSW Public Holidays.
 
Estimated delivery times may vary due to circumstances that are beyond our control. If your order is delivered by our courier service and the specified recipient is unable to accept delivery, a notification card will be left at the premises. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier or mail centre to arrange an alternate time and date for delivery, an additional delivery fee may be incurred.

General time frames for delivery
 
We aim to dispatch artwork for design mock-ups in 3 working days.
 
We aim to dispatch undecorated in stock products within 2 Working Days. If Item is not in stock please allow approximately 7 working days for items to arrive.
 
We aim to dispatch decorated orders in approximately 7 – 10 Working Days
 
Custom made orders, such as sublimation printed product generally take 6 weeks from approval of design and order.

We provide products and deliver within Australia. Purchases made outside Australia must be preapproved prior to placing orders at sales@brandworx.com.au
 
Shipping Methods and Costs
 
Freight Delivery costs are additional to the price of products and will be displayed separately on the invoice.
 
Our preferred courier is Direct Freight. For local orders and orders delivered within the Sydney metropolitan area allow 2 working days for delivery. A con note is included on the package. See www.directfreight.com.au for their contact information, terms and conditions.
 
We offer shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post. See Below for Aus Post Transit Times. (As Of Dec 2019)  
 
 
 
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking notification email directly from Australia Post. See https://auspost.com.au/ for their terms and conditions.
 
Orders over- $500 may qualify for FREE Shipping. Conditions apply. Please check with our customer service team sales@brandworx.com.au  for more information. 
 
We also welcome pick-ups from our showroom and warehouse in Port Kembla, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5 p.m.
